I always work with the physical body.  Mine.  Others.  I help people move better, more efficiently and effectively.  I combine skills from my various professional disciplines to evaluate subtleties in movement patterns.  I assist in making mobility more stable.





Some days I use that same multi-disciplinary approach in teaching business folks the art of work-life balance within their very stressful environments.  It's the science of stress and allostasis.  Stability through change. 



And on other days I help coach patients within a medical practice.  Many Americans chose to live a lifestyle that is unhealthy and may lead to disease and disability.  There's an art and a discipline to being positive--healthy, fit, or even vital.  Managing that takes the same multi-disciplinary approach.
